Information we collect

Account and authentication data, such as email address and sign-in information.
Profile information you choose to provide for app setup and daily guidance.
Daily check-in inputs related to readiness, training context, fueling, hydration, and similar app fields.
Readiness and fueling guidance outputs generated by the app from your inputs.
Saved history, including prior check-ins and related app records.
In-app feedback, support messages, and related contact information when you send them to us.
Analytics and crash diagnostics, such as app events, device context, error logs, and crash reports, when those services are enabled in the app version you use.

How we use information

To provide account access and authentication.
To operate ChampCheck's daily readiness, fueling, hydration, and history features.
To save your history so you can review prior app activity.
To respond to feedback, support, deletion, access, or privacy requests.
To maintain app reliability, diagnose issues, understand basic product performance, and improve the app.

Third-party infrastructure

ChampCheck may use third-party infrastructure providers to operate the app, support app reliability, and deliver the public site. These providers may include Supabase for account, database, and authentication services; Firebase for analytics and crash diagnostics; and Cloudflare for public site hosting and delivery. These providers process information as needed to provide their services to ChampCheck.

Information sharing

ChampCheck may share information with service providers that help operate the app, deliver the public site, respond to support requests, or maintain reliability. We may also disclose information when required to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or respond to valid legal requests.

Data retention

ChampCheck keeps information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain records, respond to requests, and meet operational or legal needs. Retention periods may vary by data type and service provider.

Security

ChampCheck uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the information it handles. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children's privacy

ChampCheck is not intended for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to ChampCheck, contact support@champcheck.app.

No sale of personal data

ChampCheck does not sell personal data.

Deletion and contact requests

To request account deletion, data deletion, access, correction, or other privacy support, email support@champcheck.app. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Medical advice

ChampCheck is a daily readiness and fueling app for combat athletes. It provides advisory training and fueling guidance. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, injury clearance, emergency guidance, or a replacement for a coach, clinician, or qualified professional.
